For the first time ever, the Louisiana IT Symposium is seeking nominations for CIO of Year Award and IT Leader of
the Year. Nominations can come from the Louisiana Symposium Advisory Board, vendor partners and others in the
IT community. NOTE: There are two award categories listed below: CIO of the Year (for mostly larger
organizations) and IT Leader of the Year (for smaller organizations including government and non-profits).

All applications should be completed via the form below or emailed to mlewis@marklewisllc.com. We are
specifically looking for technology leaders who have demonstrated over the past few years a strategic vision,
leadership, personality, community involvement and the capacity to contribute to an organization’s business
strategy. All award nominees and will be recognized at the 10 th Annual Louisiana IT Symposium on November 9 th ,
2022 at the Sheraton Hotel (New Orleans) and the winners will be announced then. The deadline for submitting a
nominee is: 5:00 PM on Friday October 21, 2022.
